Making an Excess Insurance claim

We are sorry to hear that your vehicle has been involved in an incident leading to your excess claim.

Steps

Please complete the claim form below and submit it together with the following evidence:

1. Evidence the excess amount has been paid to your motor insurer following your claim (e.g. copy of a bank statement, invoices, receipts);

2. Evidence that your claim with your main insurer has been settled stating that you were at fault (e.g. correspondance with your insurer);

3. Certificate of main insurance policy showing correct excess.

Once we have received these documents we will process your claim as quickly as possible.  Please note, we may require further information / documents to progress the claim.
