Dear Allana, Can I please pass on my thanks for all your help sorting out my Gap policy. You have been an absolute star. Nothing has been to much hassle, you've emailed me promptly and sorted the policy out ASAP as I initially requested. We've received a small refund which we had no idea we were entitled to and we are happy with the price of the new policy. However the most important part of all this is you, you have been keen to help, prompt and a pleasure to speak with. Insurance is not a subect I normally enjoy and in general I hate dealing with them, however AMS and more importantly, Allana has changed my view.
